ALF affects young patients and commonly develops into multiorgan failure. The most common cause are drug reactions, especially paracetamol overdose. Understanding the mechanisms of liver injury and regeneration will hopefully allow better treatments of this devastating condition.Research OverviewClinical and laboratory based studies into liver injury and regeneration. The following PDF provides a brief visual summary of this group’s current research.
