July 2018: Dr Douglas Gibson has been announced as the winner of the Society for Endocrinology Early Career Prize lecture 2018. Dr Gibson was selected as the winning science lecturer for his abstract: “The Importance of Local Sex Steroid Action in the Regulation of Fertility”. This prestigious award involves giving a 20 minute lecture at the Society for Endocrinology BES conference in Glasgow in November and includes an honorarium of £750. Congratulations to him!
