October 2018: The final section of the 3MT competition sees Phoebe up for a public vote. Phoebe Kirkwood has been representing the University of Edinburgh and Centre for Inflammation Research in the international Universitas 21 3 Three Minute Thesis Competition. First developed by the University of Queensland in 2008, the Three Minute Thesis competition (3MT®) challenges research students to communicate the significance of their projects to a non-specialist audience in just three minutes. Image After a University and national round, Phoebe is now participating in the final segment – the People’s Choice Vote, with $300 AUD up for grabs for the winner.
