June 2017: Donald J Davidson ran a workshop on "Thinking Like a Scientist" for East Linton Primary School P5’s Science week. To contribute to East Linton Primary School P5’s Science week, Donald J Davidson offered to trial a workshop entitled "Thinking Like a Scientist". The pupils enjoyed activities developing ideas on how to assess information, and introducing the concepts of chance, repeatability, bias, association vs causation, and creative thinking. They loved using voting clickers to canvass class opinion, and had rather chaotic fun applying what they’d learned in assessing Professor Faikini’s new cure for Scabbynose disease!
