Show the world your Supercytes projects!
We hope you have enjoyed using Supercytes.
In addition to the fun you can have with the game, cartoons and presentations, we would love you to use your imagination in developing your own Supercytes-inspired projects and sharing them on our website. This could be artwork, video, animation, a blog, a research project, a play, a song, a poem, an essay… let your imaginations run wild and create something you can put online at your school and link to from our website, using the form below. Your projects will be shown on our website, linked to your school and class, showing the world what you’ve been doing and inspiring others.
You can upload your work regardless of whether we sent the Supercytes resource pack to you, or you downloaded it, and wherever you are in the world. We look forward to hearing from you!
Win school visits from our scientists!
At the end of the school year, all the projects in our local zone (Edinburgh and Lothians in Scotland) will be judged in our Supercytes Competition. The best entries will win school visits from our medical research scientists, who will deliver talks and workshops and share our enthusiasm for science!
This competition is currently only open to schools in the Edinburgh and Lothians areas, but we hope to expand it through collaboration with other Research Centres in the future.
Entries can be submitted at any time in the academic year, to be judged in early May, for prize winning visits in the MRC Festival of Medical Research week in June.
All entries will win a prize certificate for the school and Supercytes Superstars status on our map. The best entries will win Supercytes Champions status, certificates and school visits.
